Project Overview

Pinoy Partners Outsourcing Corporation, a Manila based call center has decided to take advantage of the lower costs of doing business in Dumaguete City and is opening up a satellite facility to accomodate the high growth potential of their industry. Our Sister Company, PhilX support Services has found them a lease space, and we have started the process of preparing the raw space for occupancy. the rental space is in a new building currently in the last phases of construction, centrally located on Perdices St. in downtown Dumaguete City.


With the client pushing for turnover of the completed project as soon as possible so that they can commence operations, the push is on to finalize all the finishing details.
