This build involved the renovation of an existing concrete structure previously used as a storage building, into a mid luxury 5 room resort building. The interior was finished with mid-quality electrical and plumbing fixtures. All washrooms were fitting with “on demand” hot water shower units and had localized wall type air conditioning units.
Total build time was from design to turn-over was approximately 4 months and the structure measured a floor area of around 240 square meters. Finished cost was roughly 3 million pesos.
