2 Bedroom Bungalow Construction Project

We started this 2 bedroom Bungalow construction project about 7 months ago for an Australian man and his Filipina wife. It is about 120 square meters under roof including the entrance-way and the rear alfresco terrace. There master bedroom is large, with a walk in closet and an en-suite washroom. The common ares are open concept and and take full advantage of a beautifulo panoramic view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. The second bedroom is smaller than the master but still large and it shares a full CR with the common area.

This house all finished costed approximately 3.95 million Pesos to complete with upper mid range finishing. The client is currently stuck out of the province due to the covid 1`0 pandemeic, but we are sure that when travel restirctions are eased, they will be extremely happy with their new home.
