Home Construction Turnover

Another home construction complete in the beautiful Tunga Tunga community on the hillside of Dauin. This client was fortunate to have the best lot in the whole project and our design team did an amazing job of taking full advantage of the property’s natural wonders. Right on the South Eat corner of the community, the unobstructed view of Apo Island and the Minanao Sea was showcased with a large covered rear terrace and a roof deck. The main living area and master bedroom were done with floor to ceiling windows so the view was always kept front and center. This happy client is looking forward to his retirement in a home beyond his wildest dreams.
