This Recent Turnover of a finished 2 story, 2 bedroom home in the Dauin community of Tunga Tunga, brought a smile to our face when we saw how satisfied the clients were. This Italian and Filipina couple were looking for something with the WOW factor, and they got exactly that. downstairs, the home included a spare bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open style kitchen, dining and living room leading to a walk out terrace. Upstairs was devoted entirely to the personal and private living quarters with a huge master bedroom, en suite bathroom, walk in closet and 2 large covered terraces with amazing views of the ocean.

What made this build special was our collaboration with the client’s interior designer who added all those little extra touches that made the home “pop”.
