FINISHING AND TURNOVER

With the client pushing for turnover of the completed project as soon as possible so that they can commence operations, the push is on to finalize all the finishing details. Doors need to be hung, painting touch ups completed and both the electrical and air conditioning systems requiring energization and testing, our men are working long hours. While we are doing the fianl remaining work, the clients own people are in setting up their workstations and running all their data cabling.

With our work almost complete, we have been preparing for occupancy permit inspections and pushing the local power company, Noreco,as well as the landlord, for firm dates on permanent power hookups.
