A/C, FLOORING AND CEILING

With the electrical roughing all complete, we then started on Air conditioning, ceiling and flooring. The client provided 3 five ton floor models which were used for the main call center floor and for all the offices we used new split type inverter units. All compressors were mounted on the exterior catwalk adjacent to the leased space. Next we laid out the suspended ceiling grid and hooked up all the light fixtures to the previously installed electrical system. We decided it would be best to do all the ceiling before installing the vinyl flooring as we did not want our workmen to damage any of the flooring with stepladders and scaffolding. We also puttied the walls, sanded and painted first for the same reason.
