HOME CONSTRUCTION UPDATE MAR 15

The first thing we do, like all jobs we start is to layout or “plot” the location where the builing is going to sit on the property. We do this with our surveyor Josh Cabio of I-Sukod to ensure no mistakes are made. We then start excavation whehr the column and wall footings will go.

Next we start preparing our reinforced steel bars for the column footing mat and the columns themselves. With the matting in place and the column reinfrocement tied to that, we then do our first pours of concrete to fabricate our column foundations.

We than pour our wall footings and start full bore on the concrete hollow block walls.
