SANDING THE WOOD PLANK FLOOR AND MORE

Well we received our missing wood and it is not a total disaster. The grain and color of the new wood is not much different and we have decided to use it. Now installed, we have planed and sanded the entire floor to a nice even and smooth finish and it is ready to accept the varnish and clear coat finih. We have also been busy painting the downstairs and instaling all the plumbing fixtures. For the second floor terrace decks, the client has decided to f=go with a decorative bamboo railing, which is niw installed, and finished with a clear coat varnish.
