TURNOVER OF FIRST PHASE AND FOCUSING ON THE RENTAL UNITS
With a looming deadline of the end of April, we worked double and triple shifts to finish the residence portion of this project in order that the clients could move out of the rental house and into their new home. With turnover successful, we turned our concentration on the rental unit phase of the project. This phase will be 4 rental units , 2 up and 2 down with half being 1 bedroom and the others being 2 bedroom .
While finishing the residence, we kept one full crew on the rental unit side so we would not lose momentum. This paid off and rather then be bejhind schedule for the second phase completion, we are actually a little ahead. All columns beams and top floor slab have been poured as well as all the concrete hollow block walls. We are approximately 75% complete with all plumbing and electrical roughing and have started fabrication of the steel truss roof system.
