WALLS AND STRUCTURAL ROOF FRAMING Construction was in high gear over the past month on this project. Columns, beams concrete hollow block walls and the steel roof framing were all completed. We have also completed the 3 chamber septic system.

TAPING , SANDING AND PAINTING Now that the ceiling board is almost entirely complete, the joints in the drwall have been taped and sanded. The wall too have been sanded properly and painted has started. We have also started applying the decorative stone cladding on the bottom half of the exterior wall of the home.

CABINETS AND TILING Next we are moving on to the tiling, after which we can start installing kitchen cabinets and bedroom closet. These cabinets are made from Sant Clara finish plywood and are being prfabricated outside of the house to be secured in place after the tiling.
