APRIL TO JUNE PROGRESS

We now have 3 of the nipa roofs on and have started demolishing the existing water storage tank where the 4th cottage will go. We have applied Zemcoat finish to the wall and begun base coat primer paint. As well we have started the initial phases of the restaurant structure, pouring our footings and columns and laying some of the CHB for the walls.

In the cottages, we are installing the grid for the drywall ceilings, while pouring the roof beams for the restaurant and preparing the wood for the trusses .

Roughing in all the electrical and plumbing for the cottages

Installing drywall on the steel track system, constructing the rebar matting for the septic tanks, and finishing door and window openings
