Project Overview

This Siquijor resort is for a Chinese client who had fell in love with this beauitiful tropical island paradise and decided that he would relocate with his wife and start a business to take full advantage of the increasing popularity of the Philippines as a holiday destinaion. His intent is to start smalll with a restaurant, and 8 rental cottages. Future expansion will include dive shop, pool and a 3 story condontel type building.

PROGRESS JULY AND AUGUST

Installing the tiles in the cottages. Constructing the bamboo railings on the outside of the cottage terraces. Putting  the nipa roofing onto the restaurant wood framing compacting the floor for the restaurant, then rough in plumbing and electrical, tie rebar matting then pour cement for the slab. Finishing the restaurant with tiles, paint, firewall, etc

APRIL TO JUNE PROGRESS

We now have 3 of the nipa roofs on and have started demolishing the existing water storage tank where the 4th cottage will go. We have applied Zemcoat finish to the wall and begun base coat primer paint. As well we have started the initial phases of the restaurant structure, pouring our footings and columns…
