Project Overview

This Sibulan Beach House construction is a unique project, designed and developed for a retired Israeli couple with several teen aged children. They wanted a very simple native style open air design to fit with their dreams of living out their retirement in relative comfort in a true tropical paradise beach setting. The project consists of a main open air building which will serve as the living, dining and kitchen areas , with a 3 bedroom cluster made from native materials.
