SIBULAN BEACH HOUSE STARTUP

The clients which we are building this Sibulan Beach house for wanted to vacate their rental property as quickly as possible, so the decision was to quickly build a small native “nipa house” to live on site temporarily until the full building is complete. With their tight schedule, the day after the purchase of the property closed, we were on site and ready to go. We started off with cleaning the site and demolishing some existing run down structures. Then we laid out the locations of the different new building to be constructed. OPne challenge we faced immediatelyw as getting temporary power and water for our men to work with. The application process of both utilities lagged behind our workforce readiness, so we brought in a generator for power and had 45 gal drums of water filled up off site then delivered.

We immediately excavated for septic vault and built a storage shed for our materials.
