STARTING THE FINISHING WORK

Over the past week or two we have been working on several different things. We have installed all the Amakan soffit on the underside of the eaves and fitted on fascia boards. We have also started the framing of the terrace which will be native style with Lauan wood joists and purlins with Nipa roofing.

On the inside, we are putting on the amakan interior paneling on the walls and ceiling as well as starting to lay the native wood flooring boards.

With a few touch ups left to complete in terms of electrical and plumbing roughing, we will soon be ready to patch the walls and fish off with a skim coat.

The clients has picked out tiles and we have purchased them and had the supplier deliver to site.
